Volunteers needed!

Starting in September 2017, the school council will be in need of a volunteer to help with the Pizza Program at FMPS.

Our current volunteer is finishing her role at the end of this school year.

Help is needed on a weekly basis on Wednesdays to sort and hand out the pizzas.

The Pizza lunch Program will only work with the help of our lovely volunteers so help in this area is greatly needed.

The role of Lunch Co-ordinator is also opening for the 2017-2018 school year and will need to be filled.

*Lunch Program Update*

Ahead of the next lunch session in the new year, School Council is sending this notice to inform parents of an important update on Pizza and Subway lunches moving forward:

School Council will now ONLY accept PayPal payments on our HotLunches website.

The volunteers who run the lunch program have had difficulties processing paper payments with cheque and cash issues. It is time consuming to balance so many orders on our online system as well as through our own accounting processes. Volunteers have also had to follow up with parents who sign up online but forget to send in the payment. PayPal is easy to set up and can be linked to your bank account or credit card.

Just visit: https://www.paypal.com/ca/signup/account PayPal is free to set up. However, when you use PayPal to order lunches using our online software program HotLunches, there is a small fee.
